Apple picking is coming to a close for the 2016 season. With a light crop and the drought, picking has been limited. This weekend, we will pick what is left of the McIntosh and Cortland, although it is slim pickings and we may be picked out by the close of Saturday. NOT TO WORRY! We will have plenty of picked apples in our retail stand that you can pick up when you're here for all of our other activities.
In the orchard, Lukies Fortune (Saturday) and Paducks (Sunday) will be entertaining you in our picnic area, as you enjoy the spectacular fall foliage surrounding the property. From the top of the hill, you can see fall colors stretching across the Merrimack Valley. We have TONS of pumpkins in the pumpkin patch for you to choose the perfect pumpkin for carving. Remember, when you purchase your pumpkin from us, you are supporting our annual pumpkin light that is free to the public on Halloween night. The fire will be roaring so that you can roast s'mores in the orchard. Megan will be joining us again both Saturday and Sunday with Top Hat and ponies to provide rides through the orchard trees. Our retail area is also packed full of great pumpkins of all sizes and shapes, fresh cider donuts (while they last!), ice cold apple cider and root beer. There's plenty to do to have a great fall outing. Hope you will join us!
